Background & Experience

Clay has significant experience in commercial real estate from the perspective of an owner and investor. Prior to joining NAI Fortis Group, Clay was a partner and President of Inside Connect Cable, where he was responsible for every aspect of operations including the oversight of substantial expansion through site acquisition and organic growth. Under Clay’s guidance, the small Louisville-based cable operator saw revenues grow by more than 1,200% from 2010-2014. Following the sale of his stake in the cable operation, Clay saw an opportunity to leverage his knowledge of real estate acquisition and business operations to serve investors and business owners looking to move, expand, or invest.
