SCLC’s Building B: The New Jewel in Rush Group’s Portfolio

Clarion Partners and NAI Fortis Group announce the completion of a lease with a new full-building tenant for Silver Creek Logistics Center (SCLC) Building B. 

Rush Group, LLC has signed a lease to occupy the entire Premises representing 417,240 sf.  Rush Group is a major Tier 1 automotive supplier and will be servicing Ford’s Kentucky Truck Plant along with other regional automotive manufacturers.  SCLC B is the second of two buildings in the Silver Creek Logistics Center comprising over 1 million square feet of Class A warehouse and distribution buildings.

Rush Group joins Pepsi and Alta Marketing as part of the SCLC business community.  A press release from the State of Indiana Economic Development Department featured this transaction and its impact on the southern Indiana community.  That announcement can be read here:
