From Blueprint to Breakthrough: Silver Creek’s Remarkable 417,270 SF Building

Building B, a 417,270 SF distribution center, was recently completed at Silver Creek Logistics Center in Sellersburg, Indiana. Clarion Partners started Building B upon the successful lease-up of the first building in the park, the 459,790 SF Building A. Leases were completed with Pepsico and Alta Warehousing & Logistics. 

Building B features a 36′ clear height, cross-dock configuration, and tilt-up concrete panel construction. The building provides an above-market number of truck docks, skylights for supplemental light, abundant trailer storage, and automobile parking. 

Clarion Partners’ Senior Vice-President, Michael Williams, of Dallas, TX said, “We are very excited about this b building and this park. The proximity to I-65 and the advanced building features attract premier companies with significant distribution requirements in the Louisville & South Indiana markets.”

NAI Fortis Group of Louisville provided development management services and will serve as the project’s leasing agent and property manager.
